Brotgewürz Grundrezept:
2 EL Kümmel
2 EL Anis
2 EL Fenchel
2 EL Koriander
Brotgewürz für ein Ciabatta Brot:
2 TL getrockneter Basilikum
2 TL getrockneter Thymian
2 TL getrockneter Oregano
2 TL getrocknete Zwiebeln
2 TL Knoblauchgranulat
Brotgewürz für ein Zwiebelbrot:
4 TL trockene, geröstete Zwiebel
2 TL Koriander
2 TL Piment
2 TL Kümmel
Tipp: Es empfiehlt sich, für 500 Gramm Mehl ein bis zwei Esslöffel des Brotgewürzes für einen aromatischen Brotgeschmack zu verwenden.
